President Bill McColl has more than 30 years of experience in network and major market radio and television. In his role as Senior Producer, he helped launch live programming on both Bloomberg Television and Radio, and was one of the original Senior Producers when the Fox Business Network went on the air in 2007. Bill piloted FBNʼs “Bulls and Bears” closing bell show, and was leading in the control room during such monumental events as the Lehman Brothersʼ collapse, the stock market “Flash Crash” and the “Miracle on the Hudson” landing. He also has held key positions for election night, State of the Union and major news conference coverage. Billʼs background includes stints as news producer for two of the most successful radio stations in America– KVIL in Dallas and WINS in New York City– as well as the groundbreaking RKO Radio Network. His love of sports put him behind the microphone as a play-by-play broadcaster for football, baseball and basketball games, and he can proudly claim to be the very first radio producer for the Dallas Mavericks of the NBA.

Billʼs long tenure in the industry has given him the opportunity to work with a wide range of TV and radio guests, from CEOʼs and former Vice Presidents to small business owners and farmers. That experience has helped him gain special insights into what it takes to be successful on air.

In addition to his media background, Bill has a Masters Degree in teaching and taught English as a Second Language and other courses in public elementary schools. Plus, he has been a head basketball coach at the high school and college level and has run his own AAU basketball program.
